THE FOUNDATION PROVIDES ARTS EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DIRECTED TO STUDENTS ATTENDING PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED SECTIONS OF PHILADELPHIA.
